Education

In 1982 Ravil Akhmetshin graduated from the History and Philology department, V.I.Ulianov-Lenin Kazan State University. In 1992 he entered the same University to speciality “jurisprudence”.
He continued his education in the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

1982-1984 – head of the department of Komsomol organizations in Bauman district Committee in AULYCL in Kazan

1984-1994 – service in the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Tatarstan with middle and senior command staff

1994-1995 - deputy head of Operational Service - head of the 4-th Operational Service division of the Tax Police Department of the Republic of Tatarstan

1995-2000 – head of the division in the Tax Police Department of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan

2000-2001 - deputy head of the Federal Service Tax Police Office of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan

2002-2003 - deputy head of Department - head of the "T" Department of the Federal Service Tax Police of Russia in Moscow

2003-2006 – head of the Operational Department Main Department of Internal Affairs in Moscow

2006-2006 – head of the Department for the crimes control in the field of environmental protection of the Main Department of Internal Affairs in Moscow

2006-2010 – first deputy head of the Main Information analysis center of the Ministry of Interior in the Russian Federation
